PROJECT INQUIRIES / PRIVACY

How inquiry details
are used.

Updated September 7, 2026.

Information you provide

The project inquiry form collects your name, email, company, company size, service interest, project description, timing, and budget indication. You can also provide a website, role, approximate scope, platform details, and procurement requirements.

Purpose and storage

AliceTech uses these details to assess the inquiry, discuss scope, prepare proposed work, and keep a record of the conversation. The form records a submission reference, time, review status, and your permission to respond. It does not subscribe you to marketing or create a service agreement.

Inquiries are stored in a private database hosted through Railway. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse. Authorized AliceTech administration can access inquiry records; they are not publicly accessible. Hosting providers may process technical request data to operate and protect the service.

Keep technical details high level

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, confidential reports, customer records, or sensitive vulnerability details. AliceTech can arrange an appropriate channel if detailed information is needed.

Corrections, deletion, and questions

Email alice@alicetech.io to request a correction or deletion, or ask how your inquiry is handled. Include your inquiry reference if available. Records are retained for inquiry follow-up and legitimate business recordkeeping; requests will be reviewed in light of any applicable retention obligations.
